Point 01
Fast Focus is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
The Pen Is Mightier Content Creators, LLC operates Fast Focus as a non-attorney consulting service. Submitting a case to Fast Focus does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Mightier, its staff, or its contractors. Nothing in our deliverables constitutes legal advice. You should not rely on screening results in lieu of consulting with a licensed attorney.
Point 02
Survey respondents are not jurors.
Our panel consists of members of the general public answering survey questions. They have not been voir-dired, sworn in, or empaneled. They do not see the full evidentiary record, hear witness testimony, or deliberate as a jury would. Their responses reflect immediate reactions to limited information and should be interpreted as directional signal — not as a prediction of how an actual jury will decide an actual trial.
Point 03
Screening results do not predict case outcomes.
Real-world litigation outcomes depend on facts that emerge through discovery, the credibility of witnesses, judicial rulings on motions and evidentiary disputes, the specific composition of the jury, settlement negotiations, and many other factors that a screening exercise cannot capture. Past panel responses are not a reliable basis for forecasting verdicts or damages.
Point 04
You retain full responsibility for your case decisions.
Whether to take a case, decline a case, settle, try a case, or pursue any litigation strategy is a professional judgment that belongs to you as the licensed attorney. Fast Focus provides one input among many that may inform that judgment. Mightier is not responsible for case-selection decisions, intake decisions, settlement decisions, or any other professional decision made by users of the service.
Point 05
You are responsible for confidentiality and professional conduct.
Before submitting case information to Fast Focus, you should confirm that doing so is consistent with your obligations under the rules of professional conduct in your jurisdiction, including duties of confidentiality to current and prospective clients. Fast Focus respondents see only anonymized scenarios, but you remain responsible for ensuring that the information you choose to submit may be shared with a non-attorney consultant.

No outcome guarantee.
We do not guarantee that screening results will be accurate, complete, or useful in any particular case. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set forth in our
Terms of Service.
